According to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, the value of real estate transactions recorded through sale contracts by the Real Estate Registration Department during the period from September 6 to 10, 2026, reached QAR 322,448,150.
The total value of sale contracts for residential units during the same period reached QAR 65,450,760.
The properties traded included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, a commercial building, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, in addition to Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Gharrafa, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Kharaij, and Al Dafna 60.
